The information held on our IT system includes:


  • Your company name and address along with trade contacts;
  • Associated delivery addresses (if applicable);
  • Telephone, mobile, fax and email details for your company and the associated named trade contacts;
  • Your bank sort code and account number (suppliers only).


These details are held on our main computer and in paper form.  Appropriate measures are taken to ensure the security and integrity of the data both physical and digital.


The data is used to fulfil our contractual agreement with you and provide you with our products and services, which include:


  • To contact you in order to provide your company with requested information;
  • To provide you or a nominated customer with samples and service items as requested by you;
  • To complete your purchase order and deliver our products and services to you or a nominated customer;
  • To enable us to issue relevant paperwork in support of completing purchase orders and securing payment, e.g. delivery notes, sending invoices, credit notes and statements;
  • To inform/update you of any change in our terms and conditions;
  • To facilitate ordering from our suppliers and payments to them.


We treat your data with a high level of integrity and security and it is used solely by Hunter Knight Upholstery.  We will never sell or pass on your data to third parties for marketing purposes.
